Classroom wings follow the standard for any facility with young students: cover corridors, doorways, the pickup line, and the play area, and leave classrooms to the teachers.

Outside is where the budget earns its return. A major festival can draw regional attendance many times a normal weekend, with families arriving from across the Metroplex, overflow parking spilling onto grass and shoulders, tents and food service on the lawn, and traffic queueing down a long approach drive onto a suburban arterial.
